DLA Piper Canada is pleased to announce that David M. Hawreluk, K.C.‎ has joined our Edmonton office as a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. David's practice is focused on complex contract and commercial litigation matters. 

David has represented clients in the civil, commercial, municipal and industrial infrastructure, rail, ‎P3, oil and gas and agriculture fields, as well as advising on large real estate development and construction projects. He has ‎extensive experience with contract and construction disputes, including sophisticated, multi-party ‎commercial and construction litigation, arbitrations and mediations and fast-track dispute processes.‎

As part of his practice, David has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the trial division of the ‎Federal Court of Canada and various arbitration, administrative, mediation and regulatory panels. David also has extensive mediation experience and has completed training in Mediation and Conflict Management through Harvard Law School in ‎‎2022.‎‎
