Eversheds Sutherland has enhanced its employment offering for TMT clients with lateral partner hire, Graham Green.

Graham joins from US-headquartered international law firm, Reed Smith, where he was noted for his work advising clients, particularly in the TMT sector, on the complete range of employment matters from high-profile equal pay, discrimination and whistleblowing claims to complex global employment projects.

In a career spanning more than two decades Graham has advised leading media companies and multi-nationals on the employment aspects of major multi-jurisdictional projects, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, outsourcings, restructurings and high-profile executive exits.

Graham’s in-depth knowledge and experience of the TMT sector adds considerable weight to Eversheds Sutherland’s global employment practice.
