GSK Stockmann will be strengthening the team at the Luxembourg location with Anna Gassner from October. The law firm is thus consistently pursuing its strategy to further expand its advisory skills for corporate M&A and private equity.

Anna Gassner (43) will join GSK Stockmann's Luxembourg team as an equity partner on October 1, 2023. She specializes in corporate M&A and private equity and is currently moving as a partner from Luther in Luxembourg, where she has worked since 2018. She qualified in France in 2009 and practiced in Paris for several years before being admitted to the Luxembourg bar. Anna Gassner will not only strengthen the Luxembourg location with her expertise, but will particularly focus on advising international clients.

Since opening its branch in Luxembourg in 2016 and the office in London in 2022, GSK Stockmann has focused particularly on advising on complex transactions structured across Luxembourg and London in the areas of private equity, venture capital and real estate. With the M&A expertise of the new equity partner, the advisory spectrum will also be intensified at an international level.
