Joining the firm after two decades in London at US firm Dechert, Sean Geraghty brings a wealth of experience from a broad practice spanning both mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital markets (ECM).

In M&A, Sean has expertise in both public and private M&A, joint ventures and general corporate matters – while his ECM work covers initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings and public company corporate finance matters.

With a longstanding client following, many of whom operate in the technology, media, telecommunications (TMT) and health and life sciences (HLS) sectors, Sean will leverage Simmons’ international network across these sectors – strengthening the firm’s wider offering.

Sean will support the firm’s leading UK corporate team, splitting his time between its London and Bristol offices.
