DLA Piper expands its Finance, Projects & Restructuring (FPR)-Practice with the appointment of Marcell M. Németh as partner as of 1 January 2024. With this addition, the international law firm aims to further strengthen and broaden its FPR-Practice.

Dr. Marcell M. Németh, LL.M. brings many years of Banking & Finance experience. Prior to joining DLA Piper, he worked for other reputable global law firms in Vienna and London as well as at UniCredit Bank Austria Vienna as Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Banking department.

With his knowledge in banking and capital markets law, Marcell has advised on a wide range of complex financial matters over the course of his career, including lending, infrastructure projects, regulatory and other banking transactions such as acquisitions and loan portfolios.
