Peter Inglis joins the Corporate group as a partner, bringing considerable expertise in handling complex M&A, securities, private equity and corporate/commercial transactions for both private and public entities. Peter advises a broad range of sectors including resources, financial services, manufacturing and transportation. He also advises clients on corporate finance, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and securities and commission investigation matters.
