Gowling WLG is pleased to welcome Denis Keseris to its Intellectual Property Group as a partner and patent agent. He will be based in the firm’s Montréal office.

Denis brings more than 20 years of IP experience in the technology sector across Canada, the United States, France and the United Kingdom. He provides clients with strategic advice with respect to obtaining, managing and commercializing patent rights, with a particular focus on patent procurement in artificial intelligence, fintech, medical devices, software and telecommunications.

Before entering private practice, Denis worked as a patent examiner at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
