BonelliErede grows with the arrival of 15 professionals led by Alessandro De Nicola and coming from the Milan office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe.
The additions, expected in the Milan office, are part of the broader project of consolidation of some practices, in particular Legal Risk, Compliance & Investigation and Intellectual Property, Privacy and Information Technology.
Specifically, the partners Alessandro De Nicola, Marco Dell'Antonia and Marco Mancino, the of counsel Laura Cappiello, the senior counsel Riccardo Caselle, the managing associate Jacopo Taddei, who they will join Vincenzo Dell'Osso and Valentina Frignati . With them also the associates Natalia Barbera, Elena Carrara, Valentina Mancuso and Valentina Sarpi Montella and the trainee Giordana Renditiso.
Partner Ivan Rotunno and of counsel Michele Bertani, full professor of industrial law at the University of Pavia, join Giovanni Guglielmetti and Tommaso Faelli as members of the Intellectual Property, Privacy and Information Technology department . With them also the associates Giulia Rivarola di Roccella and Martina Acquaro.
