Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that Gaetano Jannone has joined the firm as a partner in its Brussels office, where he will enhance the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution practice across Benelux.
Gaetano is a litigator and arbitrator with extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes disputes involving commercial contracts across several key sectors, including consumer, food and beverages, fashion, and restaurants. He also has a strong track record in advising clients on disputes related to distribution, real estate development, industrial contracting and commodity trading agreements, as well as insurance litigation, joint-venture disputes and arbitral tribunal secretarial services.
Gaetano joins Eversheds Sutherland from Strelia, a leading Benelux-based law firm, where he was a partner for three years. Before that, he worked as an associate at an independent law firm in Brussels, where he was also part of its Africa desk and gained valuable insights into the energy and mining sectors.
