A civil litigator who provides practical, thoughtful advice to clients in a wide variety of industries, Tari has a broad practice which focuses on occupational health and safety (OHS), privacy and data protection, health law and administrative law. She has represented clients in fatality inquiries before the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, the College of Physicians and Surgeons, and various other professional regulatory bodies that govern regulated health professionals in Alberta.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tari to the team,” said Mark Evans, National Leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. “I am excited by the bench strength of our national team and energized about the high-quality service we will continue to provide through our onward growth.”
The addition of Tari Hiebert, following the recent arrivals of Peter Inglis and Daniel (Dan) Stachnik, KC, in the Edmonton Corporate and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups, underscore the Firm’s dedication to providing clients with access to top-tier legal professionals who possess a deep understanding of the local market. Dentons continues to reinforce its position as a leader in the Edmonton community with local knowledge, national strength and a global presence.
