Manveer is well versed in the Canadian start-up landscape and active in the technology sector. He has worked with numerous tech companies, regularly advising on incorporation and commercial matters and guiding them through venture capital (VC) equity, convertible debt financings (issuer and investor side), share reorganizations and restructurings. Manveer also has extensive experience handling issues relating to eligible business corporations and VC corporations under the Small Business Venture Capital Act (British Columbia).
