Dentons continues on its rapid Growth journey, with the appointment of Construction Partner, Nathan Abbott, to its Melbourne office.
Nathan has extensive experience in construction and engineering law, advising on major construction projects and acting in major construction disputes. Nathan’s experience includes transactional and dispute resolution construction law services to institutions, developers, owners and consultants, from project inception to completion, including consultancy agreements; building contracts; protection works disputes; contract administration advice; Security of Payment disputes; litigation and ADR.
Nathan’s clients include property developers, contractors, major corporations, clubs, and organisations. Dentons’ Australia Chair and Australasia Region CEO, Doug Stipanicev said he was delighted to welcome Nathan to the partnership.
