Dentons, Canada’s Global Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Alexandre-Philippe Avard has rejoined the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Alexandre-Philippe is a highly skilled litigator with significant expertise in energy, natural resources, mining and Indigenous law.

Alexandre-Philippe originally joined the Firm in 2012 as an associate and was admitted to the partnership in 2015, following which he played an important role within the Montréal Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. He returns to Dentons after having spent the past five years in an in-house counsel role through which he enhanced his legal acumen, particularly in the areas of Indigenous and energy law. In addition to this practice, Alexandre-Philippe is also actively engaged as a thought leader in the broader legal community, speaking at numerous conferences and sharing his expertise with colleagues and industry peers as an author.
