With over eight years of private practice experience in New York and Toronto, and close to a decade of in-house experience, Ken Szeto is skilled in complex commercial relationship and contract structuring across various industries, with a focus on the technology sector.

Most recently, Ken was General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of a leading Canadian software provider in the investor relations space, handling the company's legal, strategic direction, enterprise risk, privacy and information security functions. During his tenure, he led both the IPO to take the company public on the TSX and the going private transaction where the company was acquired by a US-based private equity.
