For more than two decades, they have counseled clients in all aspects of international complex fund structures and regulatory advice having focused on private investment funds in France, UK and Luxembourg.

About Agnès Rossi - Agnès has significant experience in all aspects of international complex fund structures and regulatory advice (such as AIFM approval and ELTIF approval), having focused on private investment funds in France, London and Luxembourg over the last 19 years. She acts for asset managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of mid‑market and large private equity funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds, real estate funds and carried interest/co‑investment arrangements. Prior to joining Proskauer, Agnès worked at Simmons & Simmons, SJ Berwin and Linklaters. Agnès is a graduate of the University Aix‑en‑Provence (Magistère ‑ DESS‑DJCE in Business and Tax Law, 2001) and of the City University of Hong Kong (LL.M., 2002). Agnès is a regular speaker at seminars/conferences and has recently given talks in relation to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the new French limited partnership and the new French debt structures.
About Marcela Moraru - Marcela has significant experience in all aspects of international complex fund structures and regulatory advice having focused on private investment funds in France, UK and Luxembourg over the last 15 years. She acts for asset managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of first‑time, mid‑market and large private equity funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds, real estate funds and carried interest/co‑investment arrangements. Prior to joining Proskauer, Marcela worked for Simmons & Simmons, SJ Berwin/King and Wood Mallesons, and at AXA IM. She is a graduate of the University Nancy II (Magistère/Legum Magister European Business Law) and of the University of Sheffield (UK).
