International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Yvonne Costello, bolstering the firm’s corporate capabilities.
Yvonne, a dual-qualified Corporate lawyer in England and Ireland, worked in Ireland for two years post qualification before joining Kerman & Co in London where she progressed to partner. In 2021 she relocated back to Ireland when the firm was acquired by Armstrong Teasdale.
Yvonne joins DACB to strengthen the capabilities of the firms’ Corporate team in Dublin, bringing significant experience in advising corporations of varying sizes and across all sectors, both domestically and internationally. Yvonne will continue to service clients in both jurisdictions and although based in the Dublin office, she will work closely alongside UK-based partners.
Ronan McLoughlin, partner and Location Head of DACB’s Dublin office, says, “This latest senior hire in our Dublin team is another demonstration of our ambitious plans for growth based on client demand. We are responding to requirements and seizing market opportunities for the benefit of our clients and our firm.”
Lisa Broderick, partner and Practice Head of DACB’s Dublin office, adds, “Yvonne’s experience and expertise perfectly complements our existing offering and bolsters our ability to offer a fully integrated, seamless service. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Yvonne comments, “This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious team. I’m very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues in both jurisdictions and providing clients with the full benefits of advice from a local law firm with access to wider international support.”
DACB’s Dublin team, which is the firm’s biggest office outside of the UK, is now home to 12 partners leading a team of over 95 lawyers and professional support staff, providing clients with a full-service offering. Following a period of significant growth, DACB Dublin has become one of the Republic of Ireland’s 20 largest legal offices.
