Mayer Brown welcomed nine partners from Ayache on Monday, January 6, along with their respective teams.

As announced in July 2024, several partners from Ayache's corporate, finance, employment law, tax law and litigation departments are joining Mayer Brown, along with their teams.

These arrivals thus strengthen Mayer Brown's leadership in France in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, tax law and employment law.
Mayer Brown's Corporate team also becomes one of the largest in the Paris market, with 9 partners and more than 24 employees.
