PARTNER MOVES - Squire Patton Boggs expands global corporate practice with Atlanta partner addition

Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the addition of partner Marc Rawls who will serve as deputy Corporate Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Atlanta office. He joins from Eversheds Sutherland, where he served as Deputy Practice Group Leader of the US Business Practices Group.

Mr. Rawls focuses his practice on both privately and publicly held companies in acquisitions, restructuring transactions, joint ventures, and both private and public securities offerings. He has deep expertise handling high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, corporate compliance, and private equity-related matters. He also counsels clients in a variety of industries on corporate governance matters.
