Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Ankur Loona has joined as a Partner along with a team of ten lawyers in the Firm’s Capital Markets practice at the Mumbai office.

Ankur brings over fifteen years of experience in capital markets, securities laws, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law. He has a proven track record of having successfully navigated through a wide range of transactions, including public issues, rights issues, strategic M&A transactions and compliance strategies. In the recent years, he has spearheaded several main board initial public offerings and has been recognized by various international and domestic publications including Asian Legal Business, Legal 500, Asialaw and Legal Era.  

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Ankur served as a Co-Managing Partner at Alliance Law and was also associated with Dhaval Vussonji & Associates.

Ankur with his team’s deep capital markets expertise will further strengthen the Firm’s leading position in the practice area.
