PARTNER MOVES - Sidley bolsters New York office with M&A and PE partner Demetrius Warrick

Sidley is pleased to announce that Demetrius Warrick has joined the firm’s M&A and PE practice as a partner in Sidley’s office in New York. Mr. Warrick joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Mr. Warrick focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, and general corporate law. He regularly advises public and private clients in a variety of corporate matters, including strategic acquisitions, divestitures, auctions, strategic investments, reorganizations, financial advisor engagements, and joint ventures. Mr. Warrick also represents private equity sponsors and other private capital investors, as well as their portfolio companies, in connection with complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters.
