PARTNER MOVES - Hogan Lovells welcomes Orson Alcocer to lead the real estate practice in Madrid

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has announced that Orson Alcocer is joining the firm’s Corporate & Finance team as a partner to lead the Real Estate practice in Madrid. 
Orson joins from DLA Piper where he was Head of Real Estate, Spain. With more than 25 years of experience, he is a highly regarded lawyer with a distinguished track record of advising leading investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on complex, high-value real estate transactions.

He is highly skilled practitioner in structured acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and development projects, covering a broad range of asset classes including office, retail, logistics, hotels, residential development, and data centres. He has extensive experience advising institutional investors and private equity firms on large-scale real estate acquisitions, portfolio transactions, sales and lease back deals, and distressed restructurings.
