International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that Ning-Ly Seng will be joining the Firm as a partner to lead the Paris Antitrust practice, accompanied by her team.
The Paris-based antitrust team advises corporate clients and investment funds on complex strategic transactions and litigation matters before competition authorities as well as French and European courts.
Ning-Ly Seng is widely recognized for her expertise in French and European competition law, particularly in merger control, antitrust litigation and state aid. She brings extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes matters.
Ning-Ly will head Weil’s Antitrust practice in Paris in close collaboration with the Firm’s teams in Brussels, London, and the United States.
