Koketso is an accomplished practitioner in construction law and the energy sector, bringing over 12 years of experience advising on complex infrastructure projects across Africa.
Her expertise includes construction law, mining law, procurement law and dispute resolution. She been involved in a wide range of energy projects, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, geothermal, and LNG (floating power ships). She has advised commercial and development banks, international energy companies, contractors, developers and government stakeholders on project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance.
In addition to her legal practice, Koketso serves as an independent non-executive director and serves on the advisory board of a regional energy organisation.
