PARTNER MOVES - DLA Piper welcomes Thomas Levato to the capital markets and public company advisory practice

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Thomas Levato as a Partner in the firm’s Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory practice. He will be based in the New York office.

Levato has extensive experience representing investment banks, issuers, and investors in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, and private placements of equity, equity-linked, and debt securities. His practice covers a wide range of industries including life sciences, technology, metals and mining, natural resources, financial services, retail and consumer goods, and aerospace and defense, among others.

Levato is a market leader in alternative financing transactions, including confidentially marketed public offerings, registered direct offerings, at-the-market offerings and PIPEs. In addition to representing the world’s leading investment banks, he advises public and private companies in general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance and public company reporting.
