Campbell represents both domestic and international investment fund managers in connection with the formation of funds that invest in the US and/or overseas, including buyout funds, funds-of-funds, venture capital funds, credit funds, and other investment partnerships. He also regularly advises investment fund managers and institutional investors on the formation of continuation funds, the purchase and sale of interests in investment funds, the tax aspects of other secondaries transactions, and liquidity solutions for private fund sponsors.
