Gibson Dunn has announced that Najla Al-Gadi is due to join the firm’s Riyadh office as a partner in its Capital Markets Practice Group.
Najla will bring a wealth of experience advising clients on complex capital markets transactions across a broad range of industries. Her practice spans initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity offerings, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. She has played a key role in many of the Kingdom’s most significant market transactions in recent years.
