Law office Eversheds Ots & Co, co-operating with the independent financial adviser Nordic CF Advisory assisted Monday Media OÜ from Estonia to acquire the UK mobile marketing company TextMagic Ltd.

The transaction involved sale of the 55% share of the company previously held by UK shareholders. Management of the marketing, developing and sales activities of the company acquired is carried out from Estonia since 2007.

The advisory team supporting the client was lead by the attorney-at-law and partner Maivi Ots.
