Travers Smith advises the CEO of Eden Springs on its sale to a new company backed by Rhône Group

Travers Smith private equity partners Paul Dolman and Chris Hale are advising Raanan Zilberman, the CEO of water and coffee company Eden Springs, on the sale of its European and Israeli operations to a new company backed by New York-based private equity firm Rhône Group, for an enterprise value of €240 million and an equity value of €70 million.

The Travers Smith team is also advising Mr Zilberman on his new equity arrangements with Rhone Group.  The team includes Corporate associates Alex Dixon and Jamie Hamilton.

Eden Springs is a leading provider of water and coffee services, including bottle-fed and plumbed-in water coolers, small pack water bottles and coffee to offices throughout Europe and offices and homes across Israel. The Group has over 2000 employees, and services more than 500,000 customers globally.

Rhone Group are represented by Ian Bagshaw of Linklaters. The selling shareholders are represented by George Knighton of Allen & Overy.
