Hogan Lovells advised Saft, the world's leading designer and manufacturer of advanced batteries for industry, in relation to the sale on 28 June 2013 of its small nickel battery activity (SNB) - now operating as ARTS Energy - to Active'Invest, a French investment company.

The Hogan Lovells team in charge of this transaction was led by Xenia Legendre, head of the tax practice in Paris, assisted by Virginie Aïdan, associate.
