Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the underwriter in an SEC-registered public offering of 6,895,873 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of BioScrip, Inc., sold by affiliates of Kohlberg & Company, as the selling stockholders. The net proceeds from the offering totaled approximately $89.6 million.

BioScrip, Inc. is a provider of infusion therapy, home health and pharmacy services, which partners with patients, physicians, hospitals, health care payors and pharmaceutical manufacturers to provide clinical management solutions and the delivery of prescription medications and home health services.
