Lawrence Graham has advised long standing client Arthur J. Gallagher & Co ("Gallagher"), the international insurance broking and risk management services firm, on its acquisition of Belmont International Limited and group companies ("Belmont").

Belmont is a risk management advisor and insurance broker that provides both retail and insurance employee benefits products and services for their commercial and personal lines U.K. clients. It also specialises in coverage for the passenger transportation, real estate and renewable energy industries.
