Hill Dickinson advises System Labelling in sale to Americk Group

The Liverpool office of international law firm Hill Dickinson has advised on the sale of System Labelling Limited to The Americk Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Jonathan Brown, Roger Pointon and Richard McKay from Hill Dickinson’s corporate team in Liverpool advised the selling shareholders at System Labelling Limited on the sale.

With sites in Deeside, Runcorn and Essex, System Labelling employs 140 people and is one of the largest independent label producers in the UK, supplying to the dairy, beverage, food, household and cosmetics sectors. The Americk Group has acquired the company to complement its existing flexible packaging and carton businesses and increase the range of products available to its customer base.

On the sale, Systems Labelling’s managing director, Gwyn Bouch, said: 'This is a tremendous opportunity for our business, staff and customers.
