Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that real estate partner Jean-Pascal Bus will join its Paris office.
Jean-Pascal joins from Hogan Lovells and acts on behalf of a range of French and international clients including investment funds, listed real estate companies, occupiers and developers on all their property transactions in France. As well as advising on transactions, Jean-Pascal Bus has specific experience in litigation, planning and construction. He has also particular expertise in soil pollution and remediation.

Aged 45, Jean-Pascal joined Hogan Lovells in 2008 as a partner. He started his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1993, before moving in 2000 to join Lacourte Balas, a French boutique focusing on the real estate industry, where he became a partner in 2001.
Jean-Pascal holds a DEA in droit privé général (1991) as well as a DEA in droit international privé et droit du commercial international (1990) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He is a member of the Paris Bar, the French Renewable Energy Association (SER) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
