Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as representatives of the several underwriters on the $162 million initial public offering of 18,000,000 shares of Violin Memory, Inc. Violin Memory’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VMEM.” 

Based in Santa Clara, California, Violin Memory designs and manufactures high-performance flash-based storage systems that bring storage performance in-line with high-speed applications, servers and networks. Violin Memory’s Flash Memory Arrays meet the sustained high-performance requirements of business critical applications, virtualized environments and Big Data solutions in enterprise data centers.
