Allen & Overy LLP has advised UBS AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank in the private placement of its shares in Swiss Ascom Holding AG by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process.

A total of 9,668,396 shares, which represent 26.86% of the share capital were placed exclusively with institutional investors for an aggregate purchase price of more than CHF 121 820 000.

UBS AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted in this transaction as the lead banks.
