ARDIAN, formerly AXA Private Equity, has concluded a share purchase agreement on the sale of Competence Call Center Holding GmbH (CCC) to Silverfleet Capital.
CCC is a European call center provider with more than 4,500 employees in 7 countries. CCC is based in Vienna (main office) as well as being located in Berlin (two branches), Bratislava, Bucharest, Dresden, Essen, Istanbul, Leipzig, Paris and Zurich. CCC offers its clients internationally renowned call center services of the highest calibre as well as multilingual solutions in 28 languages. The firm’s core expertise includes incoming calls, outgoing calls, email/fax/letter correspondence, live chat, social media monitoring and responding in addition to e-commerce solutions.
The transaction is subject to customary approval by the relevant competition authorities.
