CMS in London has appointed Cathy Pitt as a partner to the Corporate Group. Cathy joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where she is a partner.  She focuses on the asset and wealth management sector with expertise both in fund establishment and structuring and in corporate transactions, such as M&A and joint ventures, involving asset and wealth management businesses. Cathy is particularly well known in the listed investment company field.
