A Travers Smith team led by Corporate partner Helen Croke and Banking partner Ben Davis has advised ATPI, backed by ICG, on the acquisition of Voyager Travel, one of Australia’s largest independent travel management companies, specialising in corporate travel management for small to large multi-national and international enterprises, universities and charitable organisations.
Travers Smith advised ATPI on the equity and banking aspects of the transaction for the wider ATPI group. DLA Australia partner Richard Moshinsky advised ATPI on the Australian acquisition.
ATPI is a leader in global travel management services, with operations in business travel, corporate event management and online travel technology. Travers Smith was previously involved in the tertiary buy-out of ATPI by ICG in November 2012.
