Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, advised Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, as manager, in relation to the HK$1.27 billion secondary placing of shares in Genscript Biotech Corporation held by KPCB China Fund, L.P. and KPCB China Founders Fund, L.P. The placing represents approximately 2.6% of the issued share capital of Genscript Biotech Corporation.

Allen & Overy advised the underwriters in connection with Lodha Developers' high yield bond tap issuance

HONG KONG – Allen & Overy advised CLSA, J.P. Morgan and UBS as underwriters in connection with the issuance by Lodha Developers of an additional USD125 million of high yield notes, which form a single series with the previously issued USD200 million of notes. The notes are guaranteed by Lodha Developers Private Limited and certain of its subsidiaries and are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Proceeds from the tap offering will be used to refinance Lodha’s existing debt.

Ashurst advises on €412.7m note issuance by Harvest CLO XVIII DAC

Ashurst advised The Bank of New York Mellon as trustee and in its agency capacities in connection with various classes of notes issued by Harvest XVIII CLO DAC, totalling €412.7 million and due in 2030.

Ltd., a subsidiary of the Shinhan Financial Group (a leading Korean financial institution), and the sale is subject to regulatory approvals.
