Ashurst LLP has advised FTSE 250 international support services and construction company Interserve on its joint US$ 41.3m acquisition from Willbros Group Inc. of Willbros Middle East and its subsidiaries (the foremost of which is The Oman Construction Company) which provide oilfield maintenance, construction and logistics services.
