The Swedish IT and broadcast infrastructure provider, Teracom Group AB, today announced the sale of Boxer TV in Denmark to the Danish energy and telecommunications group SE (previously Syd Energi).

The sale underlines Teracom’s strategy to focus on its core business within network and transmission services. Earlier this year, Teracom sold Boxer TV in Sweden to the Swedish Com Hem Group. After the sale to SE, Boxer TV Denmark will continue to use Teracom’s network services.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in January 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
