Ashurst advises Brighte Capital on its Series B Fundraising

Ashurst has advised Brighte Capital Pty Ltd (Brighte) on its A$18.5 million Series B Fundraising to a suite of high-profile strategic investors.

Brighte is a significant technology enabled FinTech company that provides on-the-spot online finance for home energy improvements such as solar panels and home batteries.
 
The Series B fundraising will fund the next phase of growth for Brighte and follows closely from the recent A$20 million debt facility where Ashurst also advised Brighte.
