Ashurst advises IntReal on the purchase of a real estate portfolio from DIC Asset AG

Ashurst advised IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (IntReal) on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from DIC Asset AG by way of a share deal. The purchase price for the nine commercial properties in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich as well as in other economically strong regions was c. €270 million.

Slaughter and May is advising Premier Oil on the proposed acquisition of E.ON's UK North Sea oil and gas assets for a net consideration of US$120 million plus working capital adjustments

The assets being acquired are located in the Central North Sea, West of Shetlands and the Southern Gas Basin and will add approximately 15kboepd of net production to Premier in 2016.
 
The acquisition, which was announced on 13 January 2016, is subject to various conditions including approval from Premier's shareholders and consent from its finance providers.

Eversheds advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in its real estate investment

Eversheds advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj as it acquired two properties in Tuusula from private investors. The properties form a unitary whole and are located at addresses Louhostie 2 and Louhoskuja 4. The properties have been leased out with a long lease agreement to Chiller Oy, a leading Finnish manufacturer of heat pumps and refrigeration apparatus.

Osborne Clarke acted for ENcome in the acquisition of the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) business of ENERQOS.

ENcome Group is an Austrian company operating in various European countries in the field of photovoltaic plants with a specific focus in the sectors of O&M and TAM (Technical Asset Management). In Italy it is present with headquarters in Bolzano. With a team led by Dr. Sönke Görgens and Dr. Michael Dröge, both from the law firm’s Hamburg office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided comprehensive legal and tax law advice to issuing company WealthCap on the acquisition of the "SILVA" office property in Frankfurt am Main. The advice included the structuring of the transaction, the performing of due diligence and the negotiation of the land purchase contract with the seller, Commerz Real’s CFB Fund 142. The purchase price is EUR 86 million.
 

Fieldfisher advises IKAV on Italian photovoltaic acquisition

A team from the firm's Energy group has advised IKAV on a portfolio acquisition from ENN Fi.

A team from European law firm Fieldfisher's Energy and Natural Resources group has advised IKAV Global Energy on the acquisition of an Italian photovoltaic portfolio from ENN Fi, an ENN group company.

The rooftop solar installation portfolio consists of five projects, with a total capacity of 1,606 MWp. 

The Fieldfisher team was led by corporate partner Daniel Marhewka, who was supported by Zuzana Meinecke, both based in the firm's Munich office.

King & Wood Mallesons has advised the German fund Aquila Capital on the acquisition of a residential real estate development project in Sant Cugat del Vallés, a northern suburb of Barcelona in Spain.

Fieldfisher advises on the acquisition of a 36 MW photovoltaic portfolio in Spain

Fieldfisher has advised investors on the acquisition of a Spanish portfolio.

Fieldfisher has assisted a group of institutional investors on the acquisition of a photovoltaic portfolio from BayWa r.e. España, S.L. in Spain.

The 13 photovoltaic projects, located on the Spanish mainland and on the island of Majorca, contain ground-mounted and rooftop projects with a total capacity of 36 megawatts, and were installed between 2010 and 2013.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises on China’s largest property M&A transaction

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (COLI), a Hong Kong-listed company, on its acquisition of a property portfolio from CITIC Group for US$4.8 billion (RMB31 billion).

The transaction represents the largest M&A in China’s property sector, and a major consolidation between two large-scale state-owned enterprises. HSBC is the financial adviser to COLI while CITIC Securities is the financial adviser to CITIC Group.
