Delphi advisor to Aligera Fastigheter in the purchase of properties

Aligera Fastigheter has signed an agreement to purchase properties through a company transfer to an agreed property value of SEK 185 million. The seller is Balder and access takes place in January 2016.

The properties are located in Skara and Töreboda. In total there are 26 properties and a total leasable area of approximately 21 000 square meters of residential space and 2 500 square meters of commercial space.

Sale of Steigenberger Hotel Gstaad

On 8 December 2015 HUUS Gstaad AG acquired the Steigenbeger Mountain Hotel and Spa in Gstaad-Saanen from listed Acron Helvetia Immobilien AG for a purchase price of total CHF 26.26 Mio. HUUS Gstaad AG has only recently been established and is managed by the Private Equity firm Manixer. The transaction, which was announced already back in mid November 2015, was approved by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Acron on 3 December 2015. The 4-star-hotel will be fully renovated and re-opened in December 2016 under the name "HUUS" and with new management.

Ashurst advises Sinarmas Cepsa on the acquisition of a chemical plant in Germany

Ashurst advised Sinarmas Cepsa Deutschland GmbH (Sinarmas Cepsa Deutschland) on the acquisition of a sulphonation / sulphation plant in Genthin (Germany) by way of an asset deal. The seller is Gemini Holding AG (Gemini) from Pfäffikon (Switzerland). Chemicals (tenside) for laundry detergents, washing-up liquid and cleaning agents are manufactured in the plant. The transaction is subject to the approval of the respective antitrust authorities and further conditions precedent. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

Osborne Clarke has advised CHORUS Clean Energy AG on the purchase of the wind farm “Appeln”. The CHORUS Group operates solar and wind farms in five European countries. The company, based in Munich, has solar and wind farms with a combined output of 265 megawatts. CHORUS also provides investment opportunities for systems that generate renewable energy.

Linklaters advised CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition of Galeria Sfera in Bielsko-Biala

Linklaters has advised European Shopping Centre Fund II, one of the investment funds managed by CBRE Global Investors, in relation to the acquisition of Galeria Sfera shopping centre. The centre consists of two main malls with circa 61,878 sqm of GLA, and it is well positioned in the centre of Bielsko-Biala. Galeria Sfera was sold by its developer - Bielsko Business Center 3.

Niederer Kraft & Frey advises Lekkerland (Schweiz) AG in the acquisition of assets of Contadis AG

NKF advises Lekkerland (Schweiz) AG, a leading wholesale trading company for convenience consumption goods, in the acquisition of assets pertaining to the wholesale trading business of Contadis AG (Oettinger Davidoff Group). The deal is expected to be closed in the beginning of 2016. The Parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

Withers advises Renault on the acquisition of Lotus F1

Renault Group and Gravity Motorsports S.à r.l., an affiliate of Genii Capital SA, have announced the signature of a share purchase agreement regarding the acquisition by Renault of a controlling stake in Lotus F1 Team Ltd, following the loan and call option agreements signed in September, thereby staving off a winding-up petition. Withers continues to advise Renault on the project and the transaction is due to complete shortly.
