Clifford Chance advises Global Asset Capital on the sale of Stettiner Carree in Berlin to Allianz Real Estate Germany

Clifford Chance advised international Investor Global Asset Capital on the sale of their office building "Stettiner Carree" in Berlin-Mitte to Allianz Real Estate Germany. The investment totals EUR 210 million.

Stettiner Carree was built on the site of the former railroad station of the suburb Stettin in 2004 and Deutsche Bahn AG is a long-term tenant. The seven-storey building covers approx. 61,500 sqm of office space and an underground car park.

Clifford Chance advises Babcock & Brown on the sale of the Arabella Center Frankfurt

Clifford Chance advised Babcock & Brown LP Retail 39 S.à r.l. & Co. KG und Babcock & Brown LP Retail 40 S.à r.l. & Co. KG on the sale of the Arabella Center Frankfurt. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The Arabella Center Frankfurt is situated at the Frankfurt business district Niederrad and consists of an office building, a residential building, a hotel and a shopping gallery. The area also comprises parking slots and an underground carpark.

Eversheds advises Aberdeen Asset Management on sale of Bedfont Lakes for £167 million

Eversheds has advised Aberdeen Asset Management on the sale of Bedfont Lakes Office Park to M&G Real Estate. The purchase price was £167m, representing a net initial yield of 5.44 per cent.

The 374,661 sq ft office park is located less than one mile from Heathrow Airport and 15 miles west of central London. Current tenants include a range of both national and international companies such as BP International, Birds Eye Iglo, Targus Europe and Stratus Technologies Systems Ltd.

IBM divests real property in Kista to Areim and Skanska

IBM Sverige AB has agreed to divest its office in Kista, Sweden, to the real property holding and development companies Areim and Skanska. The divestment is pending Stockholm municipality’s approval of a land appointment agreement and adoption of a new zoning plan for the area. The property and land formerly housed IBM’s headquarters in Sweden and will be developed into a new residential district comprising approximately 2,000 apartments, including student housing.
