CMS advises ECB on sale of exclusive media rights for India subcontinent to Sony Pictures Networks India

CMS has advised the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on the sale of its exclusive media rights to Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) for exploitation throughout the Indian subcontinent. This five-year agreement gives SPN the rights to both televise and digitally broadcast men’s and women’s international matches, including Test matches, T20 Internationals and ODIs, played in England, for the 2018-2022 period.

Dentons' Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Skanska on the sale of the Nowa Fabryczna office building in Lodz, Poland to Niam for EU52 million.

Opened in October 2017, the seven-storey Nowa Fabryczna offers over 21,500 sq. m. gross leasable area and 210 parking spaces leased to tenants such as Fujitsu, Whirlpool, Cybercom and McCormick.

CMS advises Atenor on the sale of the 4th building of the Váci Greens project to a Hungarian private fund

CMS Budapest has advised the Belgian real estate developer Atenor on the sale of Building D of the Vaci Greens complex to a Hungarian private fund. The 15,650 sqm building was already 60% pre-leased to high-profile international tenants, such as Unilever, Aon and Atos.

The company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality residential, commercial and healthcare bathroom solutions, signed an agreement with Saxa Grestone S.r.l. for the sale of its activities in Roccasecca, allowing business continuity for the factory and its 279 employees.

BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Media Group Medweth on the sale of the monthly women's magazine “JOLIE” and also on the sale of the digital offerings “Jolie.de” and “Mädchen.de” to Media Group KLAMBT. The Asset Purchase Agreement was concluded and signed on 28 February 2018 but the transaction is still subject to clearance by the competent antitrust authorities of Germany and Austria.

With this sale Jolie, one of the most prominent and successful women's lifestyle magazines, changes its publishing house.
