The High-Yield Bonds team at Hogan Lovells has added yet another deal to its impressive credentials by acting as counsel for Radisson Hotel Holdings AB, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Radisson Hospitality AB, in its inaugural issuance of €250 million high-yield bonds.

Radisson Hospitality AB is a leading international hotel management company operating a portfolio of over 370 hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Radisson Hospitality AB's shares are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Sweden, and the group is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Simpson Thacher is representing Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. in connection with an amendment to its committed bridge facilities to increase the aggregate principal amount of the facilities to £15.325 billion to finance its increased offer for the acquisition of Sky plc, the U.K.-based media company. Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC, Deutsche Bank AG Cayman Islands Branch and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., London Branch have committed to provide the bridge facilities.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Elementia, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ELEMENT*), a Mexican manufacturer of building materials for the construction sector, in connection with a U.S. $400 million unsecured revolving credit facility. The proceeds from the facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

BBVA Bancomer, BNP Paribas, Citibanamex, ING Bank, MUFG Bank, Scotiabank and Sumitomo Mitsui acted as administrative agents of the facility.

Mayer Brown JSM led innovative funding and closing package for landmark US$325 million credit facility to PB Vessels Holding Limited

Mayer Brown JSM played a pivotal role in formulating the funding and closing arrangements for a US$325 million seven-year secured reducing revolving credit facility to PB Vessels Holding Limited, the borrowing entity of the Hong Kong listed Pacific Basin Shipping Limited. The firm acted on behalf of a syndicate of eight international banks, led by an experienced European ship finance bank, and was entrusted by all outgoing mortgagees to arrange the discharge of the existing security documents.

LHMC Finco S.à r.l., a Blackstone special purpose vehicle, has completed a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of €1.5 billion (equivalent) of euro denominated and dollar denominated Senior Secured Notes.
