G&D advises in Bayport’s bond issue

G&D advises in Bayport's issue of bonds with a value of SEK 1.1 billion

Bayport Management Ltd has issued Swedish bonds with a value of SEK 1.1 billion. The issue was directed to Swedish and foreign investors. The bonds have been issued within a framework amount of SEK 2 billion. The bond loan is Bayport's sixth Swedish bond and will, as the previous bond loans, be listed at Nasdaq Stockholm.

KWM acts on Villa World Limited’s simple corporate bonds offering

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has acted on Villa World Limited’s (Villa World) $50 million Series A, Tranche 1 simple corporate bonds offering.

KWM advised the arranger, ANZ Securities Limited, as well as the joint lead managers ANZ, Evans and Partners Pty. Ltd. and Morgans Financial Limited.

The KWM team was led by Partners Shannon Finch (M&A) and Jo Dodd (B&F), supported by Senior Associate Amanda Isouard and Solicitor Anna Chen.

Hogan Lovells acts as counsel for banks on a €300 million publicly listed high yield bond

The High Yield Bond team at Hogan Lovells continues its progress by acting as counsel for the initial purchasers of Rexel's €300 million high yield bond offer.

Rexel is a leading global distributor of low and ultra-low voltage electrical products. The French group issued €300 million 2.625% Senior Notes (the Notes) on March 13, 2017, which mature in 2024. The Notes are listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and trade on Luxembourg's Euro MTF market.

Shearman & Sterling advised Barclays Bank PLC, as sole bookrunner, on Stonegate Pub Company Financing plc’s (the “Company”) high yield notes offering of £405 million, 4.875% senior secured notes due 2022 and £190 million floating-rate senior notes due 2022. The notes are guaranteed on a senior secured basis by Stonegate Pub Company Limited (the “Parent”) and all of its material subsidiaries. The offering, which was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act, closed on March 16, 2017.

Davis Polk advised Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. in connection with a refinancing transaction pursuant to which Valeant issued new debt to refinance its shorter term maturities and amended its credit facility to provide increased operational flexibility. First, Davis Polk advised on Valeant’s Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior secured notes due 2022 and $2 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.00% senior secured notes due 2024.
