The interest to subscribe for shares in the company was significant, both through the standard application process as well as for the “first-come first-serve” application procedure, and the Offering was over-subscribed several times. The price in the offering was set at SEK 33 per share, corresponding to a valuation of the Company of SEK 3,485 million.

Nordic Waterproofing goes public in Sweden

Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Plesner assisted Nordic Waterproofing and the major shareholder, the Danish private equity fund Axcel, with the IPO.

Nordic Waterproofing is a leading Nordic player in the roofing industry with a turnover of almost SEK 1.7bn and earnings of SEK 204m in 2015.

69% of the shares in Nordic Waterproofing was put up for sale in the IPO and the share was significantly oversubscribed. The market value of Nordic Waterproofing is almost SEK 1.7bn following the IPO.

Hogan Lovells acts for the Irish National Treasury Management Agency on the IPO of Draper Esprit PLC

A team of Funds lawyers at Hogan Lovells has advised the Irish National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) in its capacity as manager of the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), which is a cornerstone investor in the newly listed Draper Esprit PLC. ISIF is the Irish government's €7.9 billion sovereign development fund  and has previously invested with the same management team in their private venture capital fund.

DLA Piper advises as Time Out lists on AIM

DLA Piper has advised Liberum Capital Limited on their appointment as sole bookrunner and nominated adviser on the IPO of Time Out Group plc and its admission to AIM.

The IPO included a capital raise of £90 million by an issue of 60 million new ordinary shares at a price of £1.50 per share. Based on this issue price, the market capitalisation of the company on admission was £195 million.

Shearman & Sterling Advises on Basic-Fit's €400 Million IPO

Shearman & Sterling advised ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Rabobank, KBC and NIBC, as underwriters, in connection with the initial public offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam of Basic-Fit.

As part of the IPO, Basic-Fit issued 24,666,667 new ordinary shares and the selling shareholders offered 2,000,000 existing ordinary shares. The total gross proceeds from the IPO amounted to €400 million (prior to exercise of the over-allotment option).

Vinge advises AcadeMedia in relation to its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge advises AcadeMedia AB (publ) and selling shareholders in relation to AcadeMedia’s listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. Trading in the AcadeMedia share on Nasdaq Stockholm commences today, June 15 2016. The price in the offering was set at SEK 40 per share, which corresponds to a value of the total number of shares in the company upon completion of the offering of SEK 3,764 million. Assuming the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the value of the offering will amount to approximately SEK 1,093 million.

CMS is advising the UK’s largest ten-pin bowling operator on its proposed flotation on the London Stock Exchange

CMS is advising Hollywood Bowl Group plc (“Hollywood Bowl”), the UK’s largest ten-pin bowling operator, on its proposed initial public offering of shares and intended admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market (the “IPO”). The IPO, which was announced today, is expected to be completed in July 2016.

The pricing was announced on June 10, 2016.
