(Huarong), a limited partnership established in the Cayman Islands by Huarong International Asset Management Great China Investment Fund Limited (Huarong Asset Management).

ChinaSoft is a leading provider of comprehensive software and information services in China, with more than 29,000 employees across the world. 

Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters on China-Med’s US Initial Public Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners on Hutchison China MediTech Limited’s (Chi-Med) US initial public offering of American depositary shares on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. 

Upon completion, the ordinary shares of Chi-Med will continue to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Allen & Overy LLP is advising Deutsche Börse AG on the sale of its International Securities Exchange (“ISE”) to NASDAQ, Inc. The ISE is a leading operator of stock options exchanges in the USA. The purchase price is USD 1.1 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2016 and is currently subject to clearance by the regulatory and competition authorities.

£48.4m Placing by Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc

Travers Smith corporate partner Richard Spedding and senior counsel Dan McNamee have advised Investec, as sole bookrunner, underwriter and financial adviser, on the placing by Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc that was made to part fund the conditional acquisition of the entire share capital of Putney, Inc, a leading developer of generic companion animal pharmaceuticals in the US.  The total consideration payable for Putney amounts to £139 million.

Olswang advises Robotics Process Automation software company Blue Prism on AIM IPO

Olswang has advised Blue Prism, leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), on its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. Ahead of its initial public offering (IPO) on AIM, the company raised a total of £21.1 million and is valued at approximately £48.5 million. Admission and commencement of dealings took place today, Friday, 18 March.

GARO listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

The shares in GARO AB (publ) have on 16 March 2016 been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The listing included an offer by the company's owners, Lars Svensson, Jerzy Petersson and Stefan Jonsson Invest AB, to the general public in Sweden and qualified institutional investors in Sweden and abroad to acquire existing shares in the company corresponding to 40 per cent of the total number of shares. In addition, the owners has granted an over-allotment option of not more than 15 percent of the offering. Lars Svensson remains the principal shareholder in GARO following the listing.
